Situated in Changi Business Park, this development stands as the new corporate headquarters and campus for Kingsmen. Characterised by a sleek and modern duo-toned glass facade, this 6-storey headquarters is designed with a series of internally interconnected atriums. These atriums serve as focal points within the building, creating vibrant and dynamic spaces. Terraced landscaped sky gardens are integrated into the external facade of the building. These gardens not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the exterior but also bring greenery from the outside into the interior spaces. The incorporation of nature into the design creates a refreshing and uplifting environment for employees, promoting well-being and productivity. The design encourages collaboration and interaction through visually connected atriums, fostering a sense of community within the workplace.
