The promenade is central to our design concept for the proposed development in Skudai, Johor Bahru. Serving as the architectural spine, the promenade organises the planning for this development. It is incorporated at multiple levels within the podium and elevated sections of the towers. Flowing promenades that provide seamless connectivity while maintaining privacy and security for residents and shoppers. These promenades ensure easy access to various parts of the development, with landscaped walkways, seating areas, and panoramic views enhancing the environment. The integration of greenery adds a natural touch, improving the overall ambience. Thoughtful design such as spaces for relaxation, social interaction, and recreation cater to diverse activities and preferences, creating a harmonious living and shopping experience.
