Anchorvale Village is an integrated commercial & residential hub that comprises 2 15-storey residential tower blocks of 207 units, a Neighbourhood Centre with a landscaped roof garden, commercial educational schools, childcare centre, hawker centre, retail, F&B shops and a community plaza. They have been designed to create a series of layered and interconnecting spaces. The external façade and its unique form are inspired by the nautical themes from Sengkang’s past.
