Tanglin Halt Integrated Development
We are proud to finally unveil our design for the upcoming Tanglin Halt Integrated Development.
After months in the making, Senior Minister of State for National Development Tan Kiat How has announced the rejuvenation of Tanglin Halt Estate at the annual HDB PEAK Forum yesterday.
This will include Kyoob’s design of the new 800,000 sqft (GFA) Integrated Development which will house a Neighbourhood Centre (with commercial, retail & F&B outlets), Polyclinic, hawker centre, market and social communal facilities in addition to 2 super high-rise residential towers.
This marks Kyoob’s second mixed development and our largest one to date!
