In this unique development, a unique feature is the special addition of a heritage conservation “outpost” pavilion in conjunction with the construction of new residential apartments. The design takes inspiration from tropical aesthetics, utilising warm tones and vibrant colours which are beautifully incorporated onto the building’s façade. Additionally, architectural sunshades are strategically placed over the balconies. These sunshades not only enhance the overall appearance of the building, but they also serve a functional purpose by providing additional shelter and shade to the residents. The architectural beauty of the building is further enhanced and complemented by lush, verdant landscaping that surrounds the structure, creating a serene and captivating environment. The integration of tropical-sensitive design principles to create vibrant communities coalesces with the built environment in a sustainable way.
