Located in the New Tengah district, the design of this development is inspired by the villages & kampongs of Tengah’s past. The design blends urban living with nature, greenery & biodiversity, having community farming as one of its main features. The massing of the residential blocks has a tiered & terraced courtyard typology that is sensitive to its surroundings as well as improving views from within the dwelling units. Plantation Grove was awarded Certificate of Merit, Design under the To-Be-Built Projects (Housing) Categories in 2019.
