D’almira

The design for this development along Sommerville Road had to address its challenging site which had steep level drops from the front to the rear. After an in-depth study, our design turned what was an initial shortcoming into a unique selling point for the development by creating common facilities at different levels, thereby giving the residents a variety of different spaces to enjoy.
