Greetings from the Kyoob-id team!

Customer or service centres are the frontline operations of a company. Centres that are patronised by the general public are usually required to portray characteristics that are friendly, warm, and inviting so as to encourage a pleasant experience for users.

When we were tasked with the design of service centre and resource rooms for the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), we wanted to portray a warm and friendly environment to create comfort for the visitors. At the same time, we hoped to create a professional space that portrays the vision as well as the values of the company. To do that, we leveraged on a linear design language and a palette of WDA’s corporate colours. Read more about the interior inside.

Recently, the team went for a night of bowling at a newly opened bowling centre at SAFRA Punggol. Kyoob-id is pleased and honoured to participate in the design of this new bowling centre by NTUC Club. See more at the events page.
